Heinz Fischer, Group Global Head of Network Management, Credit Suisse

2nd February 2011. We are very sad to inform you that Heinz Fischer, Group Global Head of Network Management at Credit Suisse, passed away last night in Zurich following a very short illness.

At FSR, we are shocked at this news and would like to join Heinz’s colleagues at Credit Suisse, and all friends in the industry, in wishing our very best to his wife Edith and their family during this traumatic time. We will all miss Heinz's friendship, his enthusiasm for life, his global banking knowledge and, of course, his love of old MG cars.

Further details of the funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
